2. Custom Products Policy
 Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized orders. Customers are advised to double-check their order details before confirming their purchase.

3. Refund Policy
 Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from the description provided on our website.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include proof of purchase and supporting documentation, such as photos of the defect or damage.

4. Refund Process
 If eligible for a refund, customers must contact us at customer care: janicaherbalspay@gmail.com  the necessary details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval and will be credited using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items
 The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  Refunds or replacements are provided only when an incorrect product is delivered.

Example: If you order Vrinary Herbal Face Wash and we mistakenly send Vadanendu     Herbal Face Cream, we will arrange a replacement.

6. Shipping Policy
 Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
