- The request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing images/videos as proof.

- If an order is delayed or out of stock, customers will have the option to receive a refund or choose an alternative product.
- Refunds will be processed within Janicaherbal business days and credited back to the original payment method.

- Refunds or replacements are provided only when an incorrect product is delivered.
- Example: If you order Vrinary Herbal Face Wash and we mistakenly send Vadanendu Herbal Face Cream, we will arrange a replacement.
